To Cancel...

Follow these steps:

Go to My Account → Billing (top right) → Cancel (and confirm)

PayPal Users: 

Manage Subscription in PayPal → Payments → Manage automatic payments → Core Balance Training (left sidebar) → Cancel (and confirm)
